Terms & Conditions

Booking Terms and Conditions:
  • To secure a booking we require a 30% non refundable deposit, the remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
  • We require a £150 breakage deposit with all our final balance payments, this is fully refundable as long as there are no major breakages and the property is left in good condition.
  • Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 6 weeks before your arrival date a 50% refund will be given.

 

Relax in the knowledge that you are staying in a property managed by Robinsons Retreats:
At Robinsons Retreats we believe in making your holiday experience as stress free as possible, to help ensure you can relax the moment you arrive at one of our holiday rentals we offer the following services:
  • Full Meet and Greet Service: You don’t have to worry about collecting keys on your arrival, we will always be at the property to meet you and give you any required instructions for your holiday home, we are more than happy to answer any questions you may have and we will have provided a full property manual and local information pack so that you have all the information you need.
  • Food Pack: If you book your holiday home through Robinsons Retreats we always provide a small food pack for your arrival so you can relax after your journey before you have to visit the supermarket.
  • On Call: We live within a 10 mile radius of all of our rental properties so that if you need anything we are never far away, we are on call 24/7 so if you have any problems we encourage you to get in touch so that we can get it resolved as soon as possible. It is very important to us that you enjoy your holiday and we are happy to help in anyway we can to ensure that our clients are happy.
  • Departure: We will be at the property on departure to collect the keys

 

Little Extras we can provide:
  • We can provide cots and high chairs for a small fee, please enquire for further details.
  • In some of our properties there is space for extra temporary beds, there is an extra fee for an extra bed/person – please enquire for further details
  • If our properties don’t have free internet access we can provide internet on a Pay as You Go basis, we just need to know at the time of booking
  • If you are not hiring a car we can book a transfer for you, please just ask us for a quote
